The ideal yeast to enhance hoppy and fruity expressions of ales, the Fermentis Safale S-33 is a fruity driven strain and provides good mouthfeel and body to beer.
Ideal for Belgian Ales (Blonde, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel Styles) and strong English ales (ex. Imperial Stouts). It is also ideal for New England IPAs.
It is a yeast with medium sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.
Dosage:
Sprinkle 11.5 g directly into 20-30 L wort.
